I did a whole lot of nothing today, but somehow still got stuff done. I was a TOTAL space case this morning:
First: I went to Vons to get cheese and milk to make macaroni and cheese... so i got up to the counter to pay and I left my purse in my car.
Second: I went back to my car to get my purse and it wasn't there...
Third: I went home and got my purse... I went back to Vons and tripped over the curb while texting / not paying attention.
Fourth: I made macaroni and cheese the real way again but it wasn't as good this time.
By the afternoon my space case ness wore off and I was fine again. I have an interview tomorrow and I'm excited to start working again finally, but I don't want to interview, I hate interviewing! Barf. I wish school hadn't gotten fffffffff-ed again this semester, whatever. It felt like summer today, I love summer.
I'm almost done with the book that I bought last night.

In amazing news: Today my cat shit all over my roommate's laundry... it probably smelled like his litter box, but nonetheless, I found it amusing. I bought a bbq, and had dinner / just got home from dinner with Daniel's mamma and brother and brother's girlfriend and you should be jealous cause it was amazing like always.

It's almost Christmas, and as appreciative as I am for growing up in Santa Barbara I feel like every time I go back there everything is slower and not moving forward. When I run into people that I grew up with it's the same old shit and almost depressing. This post will probably piss a lot of people off. Santa Barbara was a beautiful and safe place to grow up, but going back every now and then is like going backwards and I hate the feeling I get when I go home. I feel homesick for everything I have now. I do like seeing my parents and my dog and cat and neighbors but driving around town really does make me homesick, and I get tired of my old friends really fast, I end up just wanting to go home and go to sleep cause I'm one day closer to coming back. I'm not being emo I'm just glad I'm working when I go back so I don't have to find ways to spend my time while I'm there. I love the girls I work with, they're the only real thing I miss about Santa Barbara. Who knew that some of my best friends are old enough to be my mom :)
There are a few exceptions like Marisa and her parents, and brophy's with KK and driving around / Goleta with Natalie.
ANYWAY, enough of this, Daniel is going on tour the day after Christmas and if they're coming anywhere near you please go (http://www.myspace.com/afallfarewell), and buy their stuff and bring the mosh ahhahaha and you know!!! I don't know if I have friends in Texas or etc. but regardless, go to the shows.

So I realize it's way after thanksgiving but I'm thankful for:
- Daniel and everything about him and his family.
- Girl talk with Marisa and Steph.
- My family and their health and everything.
- Being healthy myself and finally living away from Santa Barbara, and having a better relationship with my dad.
- Having a healthy car even though his mirror needs to be fixed.
- Books
- Not having a job right now even though it about to end realllll fast.
- Having the cutest kitty alive, be jealous.
- I'm so thankful for everything this sounds lame, adn i could go on forever. so those are just the majors.

I took him with me to santa barbara for last night / today and he got his leukemia test = negative. so he got that vaccination and de-wormed, and they took blood (leukemia test) and his temperature (thermometer up the butt)... he's tired and bummed... aaaaaaaaand has to go back in about 4 weeks to get the rest of his shots (distemper etc.) and be neutered. :( he's gonna be waaaaaay more bummed then.
Good news though, he loves car rides!
P.S. my neighbors are still gay, she took down my skull and crossbones sign... hahaha and when i told my dad the story about how she accused cat of stealing he said, you should just sabotage her and then he started brainstorming over the phone. my dad rules, when he's not being a jerk.

Oh and our neighbors are bitches... :) the chick that lives in the front house accused us of stealing her laundry soap... when ours is on the same shelf in plain view obviously being used. So i made a sign with a skull and crossbones that says: ROSE AND CAT'S SOAP and then in a talk bubble coming out of the skeleton's mouth it says "Tide Mountain Fresh suuuuuucks, and we wouldn't use it anyway." and then i drew hearts and taped it under where the soap and fabric softener we use is! :)
And the other neighbors (the next door ones) yelled at two of cat's friends that came over on monday night because they were sitting on the curb in the front yard. ARE YOU FFFFFFFFFFFFFF-ING joking me right nowwww? NEAT.
On the bright side Cat and I went for a run and a roll today. The roll was way better than the run. We got yelled at by randoms for me riding her bike and her skateboarding on the sidewalk. Then we rolled by the beach and cat FULLY clipped her head on a dangly branch and got flowers / pollen ALL OVER her head. I almost peed. And the run was way exhausting cause we did stadiums too.
Then I finished Fahrenheit 451, it was really good.
Next = Daniel... if he ever finishes eating dinner :)
it was a good day. it is a good day cause it's not even over.
